We build to KCMA and ANSI A161.1 standards on CARB Phase 2 compliant panels, with FSC-certified material available on request.
Then we install properly: shimmed off the high point, scribed to walls that are rarely plumb, and re-adjusted a few weeks later once the house has moved.
A good deal of the housing stock here is old, some of it is raised, some of it was rebuilt from 2006 onward, and each of those tells us something different about what your kitchen needs.
